We finally received the answer from the technical team who have checked your accounts in the system.🕵️
So, @melisande , according to the system, the player ID you gave us is a new one, not the one you played the challenge with. Is it possible you played connected to the wrong account? That could have been the issue.
In your case, @reno9899 , it seems you won 14 new levels during the challenge time instead of the 20 you needed. Please bear in mind they must be new levels so you cannot replay older ones.

I also ask about that. I was in the previous gold rush. As I said with unlimited lives and had played over 25 levels. Per popup it was said, unfortunately not managed what could not be. Unfortunately I have not received an answer. You're welcome...

Hey is not true, but it doesn't matter what happenned, I don't know how the technical team checked, but from 1166 to 1187 for me are 20 levels but ok. I usually complete at least entire race so 14 are not possible. I know that is not your fault Lola_Pop, but is only impossible. Cheers
