My question. I'm having an annoying problem bz same problem persists when reinstall app. who can hear me?

You've reinstalled so you have the latest version of the game app, but tell me which device you're using for the Game?
Mobile - Android/ iPhone
PC - Browser / Windows 10

Perhaps your problem has been clear to me.
Your device system is out of date, so you are experiencing this problem. You must first update the device system then reinstall game app. You can update from Windows Update Assistant.
Hopefully your problem will be solved.

I’ve had this problem since Christmas. All the other king games work fine but crush saga will not save games to the net on an iPad inspite of reinstalling and loosing 540 levels. I now have 200 plus levels that have not been saved to the cloud.
