After moves over it happens .......

In my game candy crush soda saga sometimes a mysterious thing is happened that after over the over or after teachers to 0 moves I still eligible to do the moves from 1 to 5 different on different levels.

Yes, This thing also helps me to clear the level and I like it but can you explain me the thing why it is happened in my game.

I am unable to share the video on community because the extention file is not in correct format as allowed.
