I reckon by following those instructions there is a good chance of ending up on level 1 again .....and because I have spent my hard earned time and cash to be on level 3935 I won't be trying to re-install
Sukanta_Biswas .... I'm playing on a good old fashioned PC using a mouse and Windows 10, the app is pre-installed on the PC.
Over the last few weeks the game seems slower and not as responsive, especially when using the fishie's!
To be fair I have just used "task manager" to delete the game usage, although still not perfect it does seem a bit better
If you already saved the game on Facebook or the Kingdom. Then your game always protected. Even if you uninstall the game app, it won't be a problem, because if you log back in you will return to your level.
By the way, was your Microsoft Store and Game app update checked?
Maybe sometimes the speed of the internet would matter!!! So check that you are connected with the internet properly and also check the speed!!!
Thanks for the help. I have now created an account in the Kingdom (not a FB user) .... just in case!
And yes, I checked my Microsoft Store and all apps should up dated automatically.

Thanks for bringing back the bubblegum hill ;).
Since last week I'm having troubles only with Soda game. When you finish the bubblegum hill it says connection error and then it sends you too the levels but doesn't give you the lollypops, even though it gives you the gold. Also, connection problems with Mr Toffy game. It's difficult to start a mission and when it finally accepts you, it can happen that you accomplish it, but it doesn't recognize it. I have no issues with internet connection in my devices, both apps are updated and I usually clean the browner. Also, I'm playing Saga with no issues so far, so it's only Soda and these 2 games (bubblegum hill and Mr Toffy)

This could be a problem if your game app is not up to date or if your game is not fully connected to the server.
Even slow internet is one of the causes of this problem.
Check App Update > Log Out Game > Restart Device > Open Game & Log In.
