I cannot go to next level

Hi,
I am om level 825 and cannot go to level 826. Why? I logged off and logged in but still have the same problem. I use Windows 10.

Thank you for your reply. I have done all the suggestions you gave me. I even uninstalled knowing that I will loose lives boosters etc. and still have the same problem. What next please?

Oh no, Open Facebook then Facebook Setting - Apps and Websites - Candy Crush Soda Saga - Renew access.( If expired)

Hi,
Yes,went to facebook too but did not help either. So I decided to play again the level 825 and see what happens. And somehow when I won that level , I manage to go to level 826.🙄
