I am also waiting for this reply. I am Connected but when I try to use helps like special bonuses le start with Freckle or look how going in my group it says NOT CONNECTED TO INTERNET< or Wait til you are connected to the internet. I look forward to a QUICK answer both here

I am very sorry to hear about the issue in your game!
Unfortunately, we do not know why this issue occurs but, the ONLY remedy left for us to solve this issue is to "Delete and Reinstall the game App"!! It always resolves the issue but, the down-side, we will loose all our saved up boosters and the Lives received from our friends!
So, if you would like to go with the Re-installation, please follow these steps ---> Delete the App --> Disconnect from the WiFi ---> Clear Cache / Cookies ---> Restart your device after shutting it down for few minutes ---> Connect to WiFi ---> Install the App and log-into your Kingdom or Facebook account.
Your game should be all better and work properly now! If it doesn't help you, please come back and post by tapping on the empty Comment box located below.

1) Go to apps and find the app called 'Settings'
2) Locate the menu called 'Apps'
3) Scroll down till you find the 'Google Play Store'
4) From here click on 'Clear data' then clear cache.
Please notice that you will get a warning when clicking the 'Clear data' button - not to worry, it's just a reset.
5) Restart mobile and install the game and try connecting it to Facebook or King account.
Apple devices - Clear Safari cache:
- Disconnect the game from Facebook or King account (if connected).
- Delete Facebook App if you have it installed.
- Clear cache from your Safari: http://www.imore.com/how-clear-stored-website-data-ios-7-safari - (Super important).
- Restart the device and try connecting the game back to Facebook/ King account so your progress can sync.

NOTE! Deleting the game app will mean that you will lose any saved boosters, lives your progress made on the Daily Bonus and other extra features.
Player Support will only be able to replace any lost purchased items and if this happens to you, please contact our support team directly from the game app:
- Open the game app
- Select the cogwheel
- Tap on the "?" mark
- Scroll or search for "Purchases and Gold Bars"
- Scroll down to the bottom of the page and hit "Contact Us"

I've done everything said uninstalled them an reinstalled that made it worse because now I'm back at level 1 with no connection now I'm sick of it now

Done all of a love and nothing works had enough now
I recently uninstalled then reinstalled all my games and havent had the connection issues.

I also get the message cannot connect to internet. I have tried all solutions suggested including restart of my phone & deleting & downloading game again (which caused me to lose an almost 300 day streak-bummed!) AND it still did not fix it! It’s not as much fun to play without all the boosters!! My other King games Are working just fine. Please help!

The problem has already been reported and work is under way to fix it.
By reinstalling the application you will now get the solution but you will lose all stored boosters.
When this issue is resolved you can contact our Player Support if you can get some booster back.
Go to the game's Start Menu, then Settings - Help Center - Purchases & Gold Bars - Contact us and send them an email.

I'm seeing this, at home, on broadband, ethernet cable for PC and wifi for mobile. I doesn't usually last long, but it is a pain.

I am connected to the internet so I am confused
I’m still not able to connect to internet I’ve deleted & reinstalled more than 3 times
I have the same problem. It seems every time there is game update, there is a problem. I have turned auto updates on and that didn't work, turned them off and that didn't work. I've tried just about every suggestion offered and nothing works. I've decided to just play the game anyway. Without an internet connection, I can't spend any money, so it is what it is. But, much more fun with the ability to win prizes and boosters.
Something changed in the last few days that messed up Mr. Toffee again with the "no internet connection message". It's bizarre. Happening on all Android devices on multiple characters. I have tried deinstalling and reinstalling facebook and Candy Crush Soda. Sometimes it recognizes the connection enough to update the board and allows me to "tick" a tile but then when I complete the tile it says it will update next time I am connected. I think it also happens if I try to unclick a tile. But then I go to my laptop and the tile has been done so the game is connecting.
Logging in and out of facebook sometimes helps but not always. I have to play on my laptop instead. I don't get daily bonuses and rarely get to watch an ad for a booster. It regularly thinks it is the first time I am using Mr. Toffee giving me all the instructions for use but then "my" board still appears.
You really need to get this fixed.
To be honest, I've also had a lot of internet connection problems in Soda lately, which will no doubt have to do with Corona. I don't have this often in the regular game, but I always do in the Events like Mr. Toffee's Fair and BubbleGum Hill as soon as I want to receive the rewards. As a result, I have not received twice the lollipop rewards of BGH but I did receive the gold bars. I also play Saga and never have internet connection problems there. This does indicate that the connection has problems only with Soda 🤔.
It's definitely this game app. I have no internet connectivity issues with any other games! I think having people delete everything is crappy. We've been playing this game forever and we've invested time and money, for some, not to mention energy! Please fix it!!!
Again, I had that problem (no connection to Internet) at my desk PC with Windows 10.
For me, was a solution to unistall the Candy Crush Soda and install it again; when I've restarted, I was at the same level but connected.....
