    I am having this problem too, all browsers up to date and every other game loads no problem so it is definitely not on my end..Been getting the error message since yesterday morning. Help!!

    If playing on pc the easiest thing is to download the win10 app. Im also getting this problem but tried everything to resolve and didnt work so gave up. Do you see empty slots in the list of games above the main viewing screen

    no all is as it should be, its very strange, have never had this problem and all the years i have been playing the game on and off

    I'm sorry, I think I didn't explain myself ๐Ÿ˜…

    There was an issue yesterday, but it's been solved already. So to get rid of it, the solution is clearing the cache as the game gets some files from that cache and if a file is broken, you will have the issue again and again. If you clear cache and then load the game, it will load the new files and it will work again. ๐Ÿ˜Š

    @Lola_Pop will try this now but did clear cache this morning and still kept getting the same problem also been happening for me for days not just yesterday hence gave up and installed win 10 app. will do this now and let you know

    @Lola_Pop using win 10 pc and google chrome. cleared cache till the beginning of time, clearing all data. try logging into crush soda still meet with problem were trying to fix screen. saga works / pet rescue work ok
