    I have also tried everything. Like I said before, I work on a PC, windows 10, google Chrome and use the Facebook App NOT the game room. Soda was also my favorite game. I will try back occasionally.

    It finally works again. I would love to know what caused the problem in the first place. Will we ever know what was changed to cause such grief? i bet not.

    bevgames1, try deleting the cache and browsing history, plus apps data one more time. See if it works. It takes much longer to load now, but at least it is loading. And I am at my level 640 that I kept trying to get back to. Such relief. We can be happy now, until they break it again. 😐️

    As I told you yesterday, the team in the Game Studio have been checking to solve the corner cases and make sure the game is available for everybody.

    Dear @Ambug , developing a game like Candy Crush Soda is a very complex task, there are many things that must be taken into consideration. You're right, you and I will never know what exactly went wrong. The good thing is that we have great developers who work very hard to fix any issue. I understand it's frustrating when you cannot play for a long time; but I hope you can also understand how much work they are doing to fix any problem that can appear.

    Soda finally loaded but started at Level 1. I am up to Level 1756+. Maybe I will try again tomorrow.

    I continually receive an error message telling me to refresh page. I have done that without success

    Can screenshot the msg ??? Try restart ur device and update to latest version ...

    also check that u have more than 2GB of memory left
