Hi @lacistuffs, welcome to our community. I would like to take a moment to offer you a message for all newbies to learn more about our community which you can find here. We always run contests so be sure to enter them for a chance to win gold bars.The only solution that appears to be working is uninstalling and reinstalling the game but I do have to warn you if you do this on a mobile device you will lose all lives and boosters since they are only saved to that device.Is it saving your progress as you play?

As our @Sukanta_Biswas says:
- your game (levels and Gold Bars, no Boosters nor stored lives) are saved in our system if you connected your game to a King account or to Facebook (more info about this here)
- if you lose some of your levels, please let us know and we can restore them
- before reinstalling the game, you can try these few steps:
- First, try disconnecting your game from Facebook or Kingdom by logging out of the Settings menu.
- Now close all apps and turn off your device. Turn it off for at least 10 seconds, then turn it on again.
- Then check for updates to your device and apps
- Now clear the cache of the game
- Make sure you are within range of a wireless router. If you are using mobile data, make sure that this is enabled correctly in Settings> Mobile data
- Join the game again
