You can sync the Kingdom only once with your Facebook. You already completed the sync process so you can't do it again.
If it doesn't, please let me know with a screenshot.

on my tablet candy crush soda level is 2583, my pc used to be the same as my tablet but have had a lot of trouble with internet for severl weeks and when i got it back on candy crush soda starts back at level 1, takes me about 10 mins to get to my level after having to go through all the "portals" & loading at each level, why dosen't it go straight to the level i am on. i have even removed the app and reinstalled and that makes no difference

Hello - after waiting several weeks for a fix, I’m still unable to login to my FB profile. Instead, it asks me to login as another person who logged in to FB on my device several months ago so I’m still unable to play where I left off several weeks ago - please advise - screenshot attached :-)
