As per 11th of June 2021 all we can tell you is that you will be only receiving BGH as a side event with the monthly Seasons ( like Springtime Mystery or Harmony Season)
That is weird 🤔 I was able to win about 3-4 times before the game locks me out. About gold, sometimes it takes awhile before it shows up ( up to 2 days for me)

We've just been informed new tests are starting this week- that means the Bubblegum Hill will not be available for a large group of players for the next weeks, and the test group will possibly be reshuffled.
We don't know for now how long it will take, but we know the Studio team's goal is to make the Hill even sweeter (and stickier?) so I'm sure it will be worth it!

@aimso2020 Well now BGH has been shifted to weekdays Monday to Thursday instead of weekends. I had it on Monday for 2hrs and Thursday for 2 hrs. I guess the change in the number of hours, or the change from using lives to energy or change in days is so that all the players could get access to it. But unfortunately, there are still a lot of players who don't have BGH 😐

Bubble gum hill is still in testing mode. Thats why not available to all and Studios are still monitoring its progress. You may try following basic troubleshooting tips by.
Log out, Update your game application, Restart your device, If you are playing through browser please clear cache / history and Log in again to see if it helps you.

No, I don't have any problem with BGH because I don't have BGH 😅. But about the internet connection, please check to see if your game is up to date.
@Sunny11 Hi and welcome, Bubblegum Hill is being tested by a very small group of players at the moment as they are trying to see if it has any problems. The game team will be monitoring how it is performing before releasing it again. You will have to be patient and hopefully BGH will return very soon

There were issues with BGH and the Studio is testing with a small group players. So last weekend you were part of the testing group. The tests are still going on so you can be updated when BGH comes back in the main thread HERE

Bubblegum Hill has been reported for Problems recently by Players. Thus, it is being tested for Improvement.
Some Players might get it as event and mostly it is not available for some weeks due to testing reasons.

Event is for random selected group and it may rotate among group ... and sometimes new events is on the way to replace old events ...
I'm very upset too. I woke up this morning thinking I'd get to play this whole weekend and NOTHING!!! I don't even feel like playing the game. Bring it back!!!

I am sure you are talking about Candy Soda game, right!
If so, the Bubble Gum Hill appears only on the weekends. He comes on Friday late evening and goes back on late Sundays.
Those are the normal timings he comes in to our games to help us earn few extra boosters. So, you do not have to worry at all that you do not have him in your game on weekdays.
Does this makes sense?
Something something we can’t give you a timeframe, something something test groups, something something they are working on making it better... oh and the game designers have covid19, don’t forget that one... yes a moderator actually suggested that.
Could we please get an update on Bubblegum Hill with an estimated time it will return?

When bubblegum hill came back last week it stated it was here for 2+ days I immediately bought gold bars then bubblegum hill disappeared after a few hours, so
king lied to their customers I’ve contacted king directly and complained, they got money

I played Candy Crush for years daily - made it all the way to level 3175. The highlight was Bubble Gum Hill on the weekends.
Since this is no longer part of Candy Crush Soda Saga, i stuck around for some weeks to see if it would come back.
Unfortunately this is not the case. So long Candy Crush, you took away BGH - I am done playing.

We're still waiting for an update from the Studio, and the Studio is working so they don't have any update yet.
Of course you can ask and you can give your opinion here, and I understand your anger and frustration. We just need to keep it clean and sweet- it's a game and there are people behind the screen of your PC or mobile device, so no need to offend or be rude.
If we keep it this way, it's ok to ask and to state your opinion. As I always tell you, we're reporting your comments to the Studio, so they can have an idea about what you think of the changes, the waiting times, the explanations.
I hope I can have some good news for you very soon- and I hope you can enjoy the game again then!

I'm not even sure that CM have all technical details about BGH. Just wait, you cannot do anything else.
Tell you what you handle it however you wish and I will do the same. If it wasn’t for the players there would be no game. I have every right to ask what I want and when I want so like I said you make your choice and I will to.
