According to your screenshot I can see that you have completed two quests so you have got 10 gold bars. However, some issues have been found in such events and work is underway to resolve the issues.😔
Go to the game's Start Menu, then Settings - Help Center - Purchases & Gold Bars - Contact us and send them an email.

Thank you for your return.
I completed the 3 missions and not two.
Tuesday I passed 6 levels.
Wednesday I passed 3 difficult levels.
And on Thursday, there were 3 pins in a row, as shown in the figure sent.
I am entitled to ALL the sedafio prizes and not just 10 gold bars.
