As per 11th of June 2021 all we can tell you is that you will be only receiving BGH as a side event with the monthly Seasons ( like Springtime Mystery or Harmony Season)
That is weird 🤔 I was able to win about 3-4 times before the game locks me out. About gold, sometimes it takes awhile before it shows up ( up to 2 days for me)

We've just been informed new tests are starting this week- that means the Bubblegum Hill will not be available for a large group of players for the next weeks, and the test group will possibly be reshuffled.
We don't know for now how long it will take, but we know the Studio team's goal is to make the Hill even sweeter (and stickier?) so I'm sure it will be worth it!

@aimso2020 Well now BGH has been shifted to weekdays Monday to Thursday instead of weekends. I had it on Monday for 2hrs and Thursday for 2 hrs. I guess the change in the number of hours, or the change from using lives to energy or change in days is so that all the players could get access to it. But unfortunately, there are still a lot of players who don't have BGH 😐

Bubble gum hill is still in testing mode. Thats why not available to all and Studios are still monitoring its progress. You may try following basic troubleshooting tips by.
Log out, Update your game application, Restart your device, If you are playing through browser please clear cache / history and Log in again to see if it helps you.

No, I don't have any problem with BGH because I don't have BGH 😅. But about the internet connection, please check to see if your game is up to date.
@Sunny11 Hi and welcome, Bubblegum Hill is being tested by a very small group of players at the moment as they are trying to see if it has any problems. The game team will be monitoring how it is performing before releasing it again. You will have to be patient and hopefully BGH will return very soon

There were issues with BGH and the Studio is testing with a small group players. So last weekend you were part of the testing group. The tests are still going on so you can be updated when BGH comes back in the main thread HERE

Bubblegum Hill has been reported for Problems recently by Players. Thus, it is being tested for Improvement.
Some Players might get it as event and mostly it is not available for some weeks due to testing reasons.

Event is for random selected group and it may rotate among group ... and sometimes new events is on the way to replace old events ...
I'm very upset too. I woke up this morning thinking I'd get to play this whole weekend and NOTHING!!! I don't even feel like playing the game. Bring it back!!!

I am sure you are talking about Candy Soda game, right!
If so, the Bubble Gum Hill appears only on the weekends. He comes on Friday late evening and goes back on late Sundays.
Those are the normal timings he comes in to our games to help us earn few extra boosters. So, you do not have to worry at all that you do not have him in your game on weekdays.

@Lola_Pop This is seriously some of the worst customer service I have experienced in a long time. Neither on this board or directly through email has an acceptable answer been given. I personally find the we are tweaking, improving, updating the game answer absurd. It's been 4 months. Please STOP telling us to be patient. We are WAY past that right now.
It's been asked SEVERAL times to no avail. Why don't they just use an old version of the game in the mean time? This game has been available for YEARS. You can't seriously expect us to believe that the old versions have not been saved. I've said it before and I will say it again - this level of incompetence is unacceptable. I can think of several solutions that would placate us until you guys get your act together but apparently the satisfaction of your players is not high on your list.

I'm 65. Our only fun is games. Corona's no time out. Besides, I've been loving this game for years. I can't play when the episodes are over. That's why I insist on bubblegum hill. There's nothing to be angry about. You're not giving any more events. What should we do? I don't enjoy any other games. I quit Saga and the other King games.

Please remember you're all in this together- you all want Bubblegum Hill to be back, you all want to have fun ( and get hammers!) and play and help each other and chat.
I'm afraid there have been some misunderstandings- some of them caused by the translation tools, some of them caused by the current frustration- which is human and ok.
Let's see if we can clarify some things: word like "lies', "hassle" can sound very harsh in English. I don't know what @Spinnifix wrote in German and was translated into English, but I've seen many misunderstandings in the forum which were caused by those translations (and by the fact that you cannot transmit the tone you're hearing in your head while you write a comment). For instance, dear @SevimHülyaGörgün , the word "offensive" seems to be translated into "attacker" in your language, but I meant "rude" when I edited your comment- as it included an insult, which is against our House Rules.
Furthermore, I will edit any post written in bold or in capital letters (which is considered shouting).
Having said that, I ask you, @Spinnifix and @ipete , to get back on topic, and to read every message from this perspective: from what I know about both, you want to have a good experience here in the Community and to help everyone as much as you can. You may have a different sense of humor and different opinions, but please keep it sweet.

For me it is under Tools - Settings - Notifications - App Notifications - Storage. There is an empty cache. Please have a look. Maybe where you can update. Check your device to see where you can find the game.

Please check for update and update your game and clear the cache. You might have it. If not, you are not in the test group that is currently running. A small group of players get the game for testing. If there are no complaints, multiple players could get it. So keep your eyes open.
