I hope you're having a good start to the week.
It looks like there have been some connection issues this weekend- let's see if we can investigate a bit and solve them!
First of all, can you please make sure you follow these few steps?
1.- Disconnect your game from Facebook or Kingdom by logging out of the Settings menu.
2.- Close all apps and turn off your device. Turn it off for at least 10 seconds, then turn it on again.
3.- Check for updates to your device and apps.
4.- Clear the cache of the game in the following order: Settings> Apps> Game name> Clear cache.
5.- Make sure the time, date, and time zone are correct on your device, and that you are within range of a wireless router. If you are using mobile data, make sure that this is enabled correctly in Settings> Mobile data.
6.- Join the game again, reconnect to Facebook or Kingdom.
If these steps shouldn't work, you can delete and install the app again- that would mean you lose your saved Boosters and Lives, so it can be a good idea to use them before you try out this step.
A reinstallation usually solves these issues, but shouldn't it fix it, please write back and give us your player ID. You can find it HERE.

I just spent gold upon running out of moves for a game. It says buy 5 more moves + 10 min unlimited play. I spent the gold but yet again, I DID NOT get the unlimited play. I only got to play 2 more rounds (my remaining lives before spending the gold) before I was stuck again. That's not 10 min. and not topped off life. again. Game continually gives me "no internet connection" errors when completing the challenges, even when I am very clearly connected. Help?! This is very frustrating!

It doesn't but thanks for trying. I just won't be using bars anymore. Nothing changed, I'm not disconnected from anything else. Just the game. and only when I try to spend. So. I won't spend. Easy. will suck when I get stuck but then I will probably just stop playing. oh well. plenty of other swap type game options out there.

Slow internet, Game not connected, or some other reason, you may face such problems. You can check out some troubleshooting below.
Check app update - Log out game - Restart Device - Open game and Log in.
However, If you play on mobile, then please email Player Support directly from the game.
When sending an email directly from the game, Player Support will automatically get your purchase history and all transactions the recent 90 days.
Go to the game's Start Menu, then Settings - Help Center - Purchases & Gold Bars - Contact us and send them an email.

Thanks. I play only via facebook and only on my computer. no app. computer was freshly rebooted. computer is less than 2yrs old. Internet not disconnected or slow. Game plays fine - does everything else. It just dumps when I spend gold or sometimes when I complete the quests for the fair. So I don't think doing those things would fix it since it works fine otherwise.
