When sending an email directly from the game, Player Support will automatically get your purchase history and all transactions the recent 90 days.
Go to the game's Start Menu, then Settings - Help Center - Purchases & Gold Bars - Contact us and send them an email.

I purchased 50 bars that came with Some extras and I am missing my bars and I never received my extra level power ups. I have waited 24 hrs, reset my phone, deleted and reinstalled the app and still nothing. This costed me money and I need my bars and extra power ups. I am also suppose to have 2 hrs free play.
