Syncing an existing game with Facebook

I've been playing cc soda for a while now I'm on level 248! I've recently created a Facebook account and I can't seem to sync my game progress across so I can see my friends progress as well
Can some one give me a solution please. Logging in and out of both fb and cc just isn't working. I just keep returning to level one

That's fine, all you need is the facebook app and the candy crush soda app on your mobile. Log into Facebook, go to Soda and click the connect button and your levels will transfer over to Facebook to keep them safe. Or open the Facebook app, go to settings and apps and click Soda to open it from there.

Are you trying to "Sync" your game progress? Do you need any help with it?

These steps specifically provided to follow on a PC. Please see if they help you out. It it didn't work out, please post back and explain what is happening when you are trying to "sync: your game.
