Does anyone else receive badges to collect the 100 bars of gold ? As I finish in the top 3 but I never get the prize ?

I can’t access my cake, I get notifications saying bakery open but nothing , then I get notification saying a piece of cake been baked claim my reward and there isn’t nothing there

No Boosters
I made the grave error of buying gold bars to maintain a streak. Now I get NO boosters I have tried the same level 100 times and show 300 moves but without buying I am done. Short of deleting the game O have played for 8.5 years I can see NO solution. Tried to get support but totally useless.
