Pummy Raj, the sugar drops are there?? surely if it was a test, they wou;ld not show??? I am not on new levels. quite a way to go before I get there.

Hi Mercerik, I have been playing on facebook, I am on level 2984. I am using W10. I also use the W10 app, the sugar index always greyed out, so option to collect is not there, . The only way I can connect to sugar drops, is to keep logging out!!!

Seems they're looking into the issue anyway. https://care.king.com/en/candy-crush-saga/dont-understand I think only unanswered that are flagged, this is marked solved so by passed.

Update: the issue with level 217 has been located and will be solved later today. Thank you Mark. seems ok now.

You need to go to Google play and update the Candy Crush Soda app. Once you do that the new levels will be unlocked. google play the latest version for galaxyS4 is 1.31. other androids 1.51.2 just have to wait!!!
