Candy Crush Soda Saga on Facebook is having the same problems that Candy Crush Jelly Saga has. There is either a problem with the game's graphics or this message comes up: I think this might be a Facebook problem because I have tried everything to fix it. Could you get this fixed on both games as soon as possible?

I play on Google Chrome, and it is up to date. I also play the original Candy Crush Saga, but that game plays fine.

I tried all of these steps with Candy Crush Jelly Saga, but I am still having problems. The games only work once in a while; but most of the time, they either display that message or show up with messed up graphics. I believe it may be a problem on your end.

I tried all that, and I tried playing it on Facebook Gameroom. However, they did not help.

I tried using Firefox and Opera, but I get the same result. Also, I do clean the history every day.

The Google Chrome browser is up to date, and it scored 535 out of 555 points on the HTML5 test.

The problem is happening again. This time on level 986.

The game is working perfectly again. Level 981 looked normal again, and I just beat it.

I cannot access the steps because it says I have a permission problem.
