I'm the same, left it a week,still unresolved. They probably haven't even looked at it,won't be a money maker for them.poor service.

this fault has been more than a week now. I have no lives as I have "no new messages". Please get it fixed as my 5 lives have been used rapidly and then I have to quit,not hanging around and definitely not purchasing lives.

Thats awful, mine warned me if I logged out i'd start again at level 1. They are not bothering their backsides!

This has been ongoing for days now.no new lives are being received. "Messages" where you receive lives are showing as "no new messages" , no lives. Game play stops right there. I can't see anything from admin acknowledging fault.has anyone had feedback regarding this issue? Do we know if it's being dealt with?

I must be a fault with the system, I'm the same,just came on to report it.
