How do I get in touch directly with a customer service person? I have lost hundreds and hundreds of jewels and bonuses Etc and I need to find out why it's all gone. I do not accept that I'm part of some Testing group and that's why everything is screwed up. My email address is jonadani1@gmail.com

Oh and to add an even more aggravating problem the activities section has no activities on either profile. And additionally the cake is not updating either! I've tried all of your methods to fix the account but nothing's working. I think you need to have somebody more technical look into this

It's not the boosters, it's that the boosters constantly fail so you end up losing lives unnecessarily. That's my complaint and I haven't uninstalled/ reinstalled the app.

She may have been the 1st to report it, but it's also a problem in EDT which covers the entire eastern seaboard of the US. We are 1 hour ahead of CDT.

That is just outright crap! Of course you can! Please explain Then reimburse the lives lost because the boosts aren't functioning since I have the latest version
