still no fix...so that's how much they care is it? Feb to August....over 6 months.....they never took the problem seriously in the first place.

I suggest the only way to make them sit up and take notice is to plaster a load of negative comments all over their Facebook Page and any other public social media they appear on...I reported this problem back in February. It's like trying to deal with the Government, nobody takes the blindest bit of notice.

I guess as much Mummsy, what you're saying doesn't surprise me. They'd rather spend their resources writing new episodes, which will be relatively easy to do, than get engaged in the tedious process of unpicking code to find out where a fault lies. Unprofessional.

Lola_Pop, this is hardly satisfactory. No-one "contacts" Facebook, because Facebook never responds. I still can't load Soda Saga. The problem goes right back to 6th February. This is not a "corner case", failure to load on Safari is a MAJOR snafu! Clearing caches, History, reloading App etc etc etc all fail. If Soda Saga…

Somebody somewhere made a big snafu when updating the code for Apple and Safari, or at least that's my theory. At least they've admitted they have a problem, but that took over a month. How long before they fix it?
