I followed all of the suggestions before switching, tried again, spent a lot of money on those missing levels. I'm done. Bye

So, its been over 2 weeks, no real help. Lost close to 500 levels, anyone?
I'll give it one more week if it's not resolved then I'm done. Shoddy customer service to a paying customer. Thanks

Lost 500l evels and all my boosters
I switched my game to another device and lost 500 levels and all of my boosters, also lost challanges to complete for extra boosters. If this isn't fixed I'll delete my account. I followed the recommended steps and it didn't work.

candy crush soda won't load past level 700
I've reached level 1646 but it won't load past 700, tells me to connect to Internet to load more levels, I'm connected with full speed available, what's going on? Lost my boosters to play on those harder levels
