I installed this game from my Galaxy Store but I don't think I received the pre-registered rewards.

Once you complete Level 3, you’ll receive a pop-up confirmation that your pre-registration reward has been successfully added to your account.2. Pass Level 8
After clearing Level 8, another pop-up will appear, confirming that your exclusive card back has been added to your collection.
3. Pass Level 10

You choose a topic is Lost Progress or Items, then you choose a subtopic is I lost my progress better (Please DON'T choose a subtopic is I lost my items as it will replying you automatically that it's not helpful and worked for you). Then Player Support Team will replying and helping you soon. 🤞😉

Yes! I did reaching and passing Level 20 in this game but it's still not worked as these pre-registration rewards are still not appeared for me yet. I did try restarting my device and using the stable my internet connection already. But it's still not worked again.

Sorry to hear you're having trouble receiving your pre registration rewards. We are currently looking into this as we suspect that there might have been an issue with the popup.
We believe that you should still have received your rewards but because the popup never showed, you might have missed it.
Can you please go to the Card Dec and send me a screenshot of it?
Also, if you see any of these items in your game, it means that you have received your rewards but just did not get the popup 😔

Hi! I was in a hurry to play at first, but it wasn’t until the fourth level that I thought of logging in to claim the prize. When I logged into my King account, I immediately received the reservation reward.
