Our team has identified that, for now, your earned Gold Bars will only appear once the next Chocolate Box event begins. Please keep an eye out for the upcoming event and check your Gold Bar balance when it starts.
Once the Gold Bars are added to your account, the Chocolate Box rewards will sync as expected.
Our developers are working on a solution to prevent this from happening in the future.
