I have not been getting rewards in my chest
Even when I complete a jewel, I no longer get gold bars. It’s been over 6 months!

stuck on level
I am on level 620 and have earned all the gems for a necklace, however, when I click to claim the reward, it doesn't give it to me and I cannot move to the next level. I have tried for multiple days and it will do nothing.

Level 1939 bug?
This has happened several times now where I'm moved onto the second play area yet there is still a diamond stuck on the first section! Why can't I play?
My game will not let me play the next level. I can play other levels but not my next to advance. Because of this I've been passed up in the city race. Please let me know what's happening

Connection error
I keep getting connection error when I try to do anything on my amazon fire device. I am on level 4585 and am ok with losing boosters but don't want to lose levels. If I uninstall and reinstall without being able to log in or out of my account how will it know what level to restart me at?
