That's strange. I've checked that player ID once again, and it's connected to a Bubble Witch Saga account, no Diamond Diaries game connected there...
The only option I see here would be to create a new account- on one hand you'd receive the 50 Gold Bars, and on the other we could restore your progress there, with 2 stars for every level and an average score.
