Why did my team, and gold bars disappear?

The time had not expired, yet the challenge has vanished. And there are hundreds of bars missing. What happened?

    Make sure Check app update - Log out game - Restart Device - Open game and Log in.

    Please report missing Gold bars to our Player Support Team here. and tell your Game ID there.

    Maybe after you start connected to Facebook/King Account on this game, your event and gold bars (boosters) cannot be transferred with two accounts (before and after connecting your account are different profile and Game ID).

    By the way, these new features are still tested and selected some players only who have these features that means it's still not complete to be fixed to everyone on this game mostly. (Like check that page) And you can see Kiara has answered you to ask on Contact Us and send Game ID that how they can can answer you! 😉
