I see some of players have updated the latest version of this game while they don't have this problem now.
So did you update the latest version (Android - 1.39.1 / Apple - 1.39.0) of this game that I hope nothing this happen? π

If you want to try uninstall and install steps, you have your gold bars are saved/transfered but all of the boosters have lost and some events will be reset and gone.

Hello I was able to get back to my original but I still don't have internet connection so I don't know if my lèvel will be saved. But the update did help just the internet connection issue now

Come on gus what is happening with the tech team, we can't keep on going back and forth the levels. Now I have gone back to level 1 after I just said that I was able to go back to level 2003. No guys please fix your technical issues.
