my game shuts down when I move to new level 851. I have updated app and deleted and reinstalled. Also have updated to newest software. Still not working

Oh Dear! That's shame for you as this game is still working while you cannot still playing this game right now after you did updated the latest version of this game and did followed all of these troubleshooting steps. 🙁
So you can only report this problem to their Player Support team here on Contact Us and then you also don't forget to ask them your latest version of this game, mobile device and model, your Game ID and also tried following these troubleshooting steps when this game is still not working while you cannot still playing this game, so I also hope they can contact and help you for this problem too but it taken longer (but maybe today soon). 😊

I’m afraid the game update didn’t sort the issue for me. The app is still crashing whenever I open the level I’m stuck in (320). If you could please put me on the next level manually I would appreciate otherwise it will be impossible for me to keep playing your game. I also lost all my boosters and a bird challenge in account of this. Please assist. Here’s my user 🆔: 14866373831
