Tried all of the steps except uninstall & reinstall but still not fixed. Using version 1.87.0.0.
I guess if I want to keep playing I'll have to try the uninstall.

Don't worry! To help you fix this level problem, you can try following these steps here! ⬇️😊
Restart : Force close apps and restart your device.
Updates : Check that you have the latest game and device updates.
Memory : Keep at least 2GB of free storage for smooth gameplay.
Connection : Use WiFi instead of cellular data.
Clear Cache :
🤖 Android : Settings > Apps > Diamond Diaries Saga > Storage > Clear Cache
🍏 iOS : Settings > Safari > Clear History and Website Data
As a last resort, you can try reinstalling the app. Note that this will removing all of your inventory boosters and lives from the game, so please do not doing this unless absolutely necessary.

The tech team is so kind that they pulled me one level up, so i don't even need to finish 4962 again, haha 😁, and they gave me a few extra lives as well! I'm so grateful for their help! Hi there. I have read thru this thread of discussions, i knew that this problem was fixed, but somehow i am still stuck on level 4962 as of today. Because i haven't played this game for a while, i think i have skipped the version of 1.84.1.0, and updated from an older version directly to the newest version 1.85.0.0, so, could it be the reason this problem is not fixed on my tablet?
The diamonds on the side panels just won't go anywhere even when i cleared everything on top of one panel, and then on the other panel, even after i used the hammer to clear the stuffs on top of the diamond, it just keeps dropping two more stuffs down, hammered them down, and 2 more dropped down, over and over... (pls see image)
What are the diamonds supposed to do? I have no idea how to clear them at all... Could you please help me with this and give me some advice. Thank you for your help!

Hi there DL, not good these guys are stuck on 4962, but I am still waiting for fix on 4962 which is still unplayable, having used all my diamonds and tools, having to wait till I get 600 diamonds at 1 a game on this level, it appears not to be a free game now, you certainly cannot get through a lot of these levels without having to wait for them to be fixed. Reward for effort not there any more!! Not quality I expect from King!!!!!

Yes! You are right! This level, also Level 4965, 4967 and 4968 are really very impossible to be passed as it's really very not enough moves to be passed and too many layers of blockers should be destroyed by many moves again. So we cannot passing these new impossible levels without using boosters and extra moves very possible again. Oh Dear again! 👇🙁
So let me start asking and reporting this level and also Level 4965, 4967 and 4968 to Community Team again now, then we are patience waiting for their team will tweaking these levels easier on the next week again. Please be patience waiting on the next week and thanks again. 🙏🤗

Yes! You are right! We find this level has really very problem as these necklaces are missing on the both of middle boards on the second stage! Also the charms should be NOT released as well! So we cannot passing this level very possible due to this level's problem right now! Oh Dear! ⬇️🙁
