So please don't forget to update the latest version (Android - 1.85.0.0 / Apple - 1.85.0.0) of this game first then make sure use the stable internet connection and reopen playing this game again then we hope you will seeing this level has been fixed and changed now! ππ

Hello Diamond,
Thanks again for your help! I have updated to the newest version earlier today. The tech team is so kind that they pulled me one level up, so i don't even need to finish 4962 again, haha π, and they gave me a few extra lives as well! I'm so grateful for their help! I have the updated version but this level is still not working. The chains on the second screen still do not appear. (March 2025)

We check playing this level again, this level has been really fixed and changed for us so early already right now. ππ
Don't worry! To help you fix this level problem, you can try following these steps here! ππ
Restart : Force close apps and restart your device.
Updates : Check that you have the latest game and device updates.
Memory : Keep at least 2GB of free storage for smooth gameplay.
Connection : Use WiFi instead of cellular data.
Clear Cache :
π€ Android : Settings > Apps > Diamond Diaries Saga > Storage > Clear Cache
π iOS : Settings > Safari > Clear History and Website Data
As a last resort, you can try reinstalling the app. Note that this will removing all of your inventory boosters and lives from the game, so please do not doing this unless absolutely necessary.
