How do I even start this game? When I click on a letter nothing happens. Is there a tutorial?

I am clueless as to how this game works. I can't drag and drop a letter, I can't click letters and have them move into the appro. spot. What's up?

I have seen some other players asking about this. The letters don't move around, you need to create words within the letters that are on the board, so you click on a start letter and then drag the mouse over the remaining letters.
