Alpha Betty Saga Do some bubbles need to be popped twice? I do a word and the first bubble will stay

I have burst a 4 letter word and the first bubble will stay. Why do I have to burst it twice? Is this a glitch?

I haven't seen this happen before. Maybe the letter was covered with a vine first? Has it happened since?

Vida, in some levels there are more than one bubbles on a letter!  - I think some even have three or four bubbles on them...just keep popping until they're all gone....Here is an example of a level with lots of bubbles (see how there are three bubbles on the tiles in the corners of the board?)https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VXJHSPvWp6A
