Level 76 in Alphabetty, what means blue circular balls with a green number at their left bottom. They explode but I don't understand what thet make... ???

The blue circular tiles are bombs, they will explode if you if you don't use them to make a word within a certain amount of time. Which is what the green number represents, it shows how many turns left you have left before it does go off. Don't neglect them as if one of them explodes, the round will be over so try to get rid of them early to make life a little easier!
