Loading problems still on Alpha Betty Saga?

I was able to play the game for about a week, then all of a sudden it will not load.  I have tried all the tips and suggestions.  I really enjoyed the game while it lasted.  Is anyone else having this issue?

Hi! Try disabling any plugins and extensions in your browser. Also check what other programs you have running in the background while playing the game. I can also recommend that you use Google Chrome as it seems to run really well with Flash based games like Candy Crush. Cheers :-)

dbrown, there are quite a few of us with exactly the same problem :(I persisted with about 5 emails back and forth with King customer Care where they told me to do all the usual fixes (which I had already tried)  The final one said:

"Thank you for getting back to us here at King Customer Care.

I'm truly sorry to hear you've had this unpleasant experience in Alphabetty Saga.

I have actually now passed your details to our Technical team for them to investigate this further.

I'm still frustrated too. I reached level 189, and have not been able to load it for the past fortnight.
