All my levels are locked even the completed one, how do I unlock them

had no trouble getting to level 12, but on returning after a break, find can not play because all levels even those passed are now locked and letters wont stay on board.

The locks appear on the levels ahead but on the levels you have played you should see the stars you have earned above them. I'm not sure I understand what you mean about the letters staying on the board... do you mean when you highlight the words? Could you explain that a little more please.
