I am level 46..and trying to advance but there are bubbled letters in only 2's along sides.

in level 46 there's bubbled letters to pop but along sides of the main frame of letters..and there's only 2 per so you can't make words of them...anyone know how to pop those letters on the sides so I can advance ty.?
