My game isn´t loading properly.

My game isn´t loading correctly, every time i try to plays.. it gets completely frozen. I must restart once and once again. And every time i am doing this i am losing all the lives my friends are sending to me. At this time i have lost about 18 gold pieces.. what can i do? please help me!!!

Hey Meiling! Try the following, it should fix the problem for you.

Firstly make sure you clear your cache, check that your Java version is up to date, you can check everything here: https://www.whatismybrowser.com

Which browsers have you tried the game in? I usually play in Chrome and it works well for me.

I usually plays only in Chrome, but as u said to me.. i tried with another browsers..but the problem is the same. Thanks for reading me
