Level 74 blue bubbles take away moves when broken. But I don't know why and when they break! Any help?

    You must be talking about the tile bombs, you should see a little counter in the bottom right of it which indicates when it will blow up and take a move. You can stop them by using them in word before the counter reaches 0.
