How does level 46 work and how do I get thru it

I don't know how to get the bubbles in the columns to the left and right of the board to pop. Is there a secret?

In order to pop those bubbles in the side columns you need to make the most each word made so that you are awarded crowns and lineblaster tiles. You'll see what I mean in this video:
