Originally it worked, the first time I installed the app on my laptop. Now I get this message every time I try to play.

    If you are playing on a laptop you can play from Facebook and King.com, normally as far as I know the game isn't actually installed onto your computer, but runs directly from your internet browser. In this video there are some tips that will help you get the problem sorted hopefully.
