Frozen game

My game is blocked on level 40.i have access to additionnal functions but not to the letters.when  i clic on them the game is frozen.help me please.

    Hi noemie0612, have you checked for updates for your device and apps? Also check if you still have enough available memory on your device. If you use Android, you can save your games on a memory card and free memory on your mobile.
