What will you do to correct this glitch of not given credit for right number count?

I make words with the right amount of letters to them, and the number counter turns green, but does not give credit for the word, mostly the 6 letter words on level 69. I see others are having the same difficulty with other levels. I hope this can be corrected soon. I really like this game, but right now it is very frustrating. Thank you.

Great news Maxine, I've just got confirmation from the studios that the issue with the crowns has been fixed!!!
