Level 115!!!!! Help

Got a six letter word 4 tiles with 2 crowns, no tiles were wrapped in vines, it highlighted the number 6 on the letter count at the side, even got the magical zap thing going to the letter count, and then nothing no word taken into account, what is going on king, is this a fault or am i missing something???

Heads up, I've just got confirmation from the studios that the issue with the crowns has been fixed!!!
