problem with Level 39 on AlphaBettySaga

This level asks you to make words of various lengths in order to complete it. Each time I make a word of the expected length e.g. a 5 letter word it doesn't register or if I make a 5 letter word it identifies it as a 4 letter word.  How do I move forward?

Hey KimCan, please check for updates for your mobile and apps. There was an issue with the counting some weeks ago, but since the last update it worked fine again for me.

Also remember that when a tile is trapped in a vine that it doesn't count towards the total. I am attaching my video to show what I mean. Good luck.
