Why won't my game load even after completing all the troubleshooting steps?

And why is it so hard to get customer support? It loads fine on my husband's computer using Google Chrome. I cleared my cookies & cache, I made sure I had the most updated Adobe Flashplayer, I restarted my computer, I even shut it down & restarted again.
