AlphaBetty will not download on Facebook

when I click on the app link for AlphaBetty on Facebook, the game page appears, begins to download, then either freezes or disappears. I have tried reloading, refreshing, everything they say to do but still wont work.

Try disabling any plugins and extensions in your browser. Also check what other programs you have running in the background while playing the game. I can also recommend that you use Google Chrome as it seems to run really well with Flash based games like AlphaBetty.

I have the same issue, and none of the "solutions" work, I was able to play on Chrome for about 3 weeks, and than I got the blue screen, so I switched to IE, played on that for a couple weeks, than got the blue screen.  I tried using King.com, still have the blue screeen.  I use other King games with no issues.  This is driving me crazy!!
