How do i incorporate the 'bonus bubble letters' ,level 30?

There are 2 'bonus' bubble letters that I don't understand how to incorporate them in bubble letters above, in order to complete level 30 in Alphabetty. Tried tapping into , dragging into, where I want them to go, but they don't budge!

Do you mean the blank tiles? Or the multi-bubble letter tiles, or the 2 that are at the bottom that are not connected to the main board? I'm not quite sure I understand which ones you mean.
