Level 191 Out of valid words

I am currently on level 191. I am finding it very frustrating that after I have taken my 1st go, the game auto shuffles (sometimes twice) and then ends as it says it cannot find any valid words. This ends my go, loses a life and also crashes the game. 

It is impossible now to progress. Please fix this issue, or help me out!!! Thanks </>

Hey Chryssie, does this only happen in this particular level and only on your mobile or when you play on a PC too?

Make sure you have the latest version of the game installed on your mobile, and check for updates for your device in general. Do a restart afterwards.

If you play the game on PC, you could try to pass this level there and synchronise your progress afterwards and continue on mobile.

I'm having the same problem--version 1.1.2 on ipad (Aug 17th update) level 191; This is very prominent when a blank tile is on the board which would create multiple possible moves, yet the app still reshuffles multiple times before returning to the level start screen (I used to get the game failed screen a few weeks ago, but when I retried today hoping it was fixed, it went straight to the start level screen minus a life). OR the program crashes altogether and closes! I noticed this issue in level 190 as well, but was able to beat that level eventually.
